The Foundation is governed by a Board of Directors, whose members are appointed by the Founders. This board includes both the President and the Vice President, as well as at least one representative from the group of Sponsors and Supporters. The Board of Directors is responsible for both the routine and exceptional management of the Foundation. This includes implementing the Foundation’s institutional goals, overseeing membership applications, preparing and approving budgets, and making decisions regarding new initiatives, donations, amendments to the bylaws, and contracts. Additionally, the Board appoints members to the Foundation’s various governing bodies.
Technical-Scientific Committee

The Technical-Scientific Committee (CTS) serves as the Foundation’s cultural, scientific, and advisory body. Led by the President, who is appointed by the Board of Directors, the CTS is composed of distinguished researchers from various fields related to plant sciences. The committee is tasked with promoting and coordinating scientific projects, as well as encouraging the systematic collection of data. In addition, the CTS supports the education and professional development of young researchers, while sharing and disseminating knowledge on botanicals at both national and international levels. This is achieved through publications, conferences, seminars, and digital channels.
The Technical-Scientific Committee is the Foundation’s cultural and scientific reference point, guiding research directions and supervising all publications and public activities of the Foundation. In doing so, it ensures full alignment with the Foundation’s institutional objectives.
